TOMATO CHUTNEY
This new chutney would change your way of looking at chutneys! This tomato chutney is so good, so
fresh and super easy to make. You can have with south Indian food and samosas. Using such simple
ingredients, this chutney is a spoon full of flavors. This chutney is a burst of flavors and you won’t
like the regular chutneys after you try this. The tomatoes and garlic cloves are roasted and that adds
on to the flavor. Pair it up with your lunch, have as an accompaniment and enjoy. This chutney will
taste better freshly made and served warm.

1.5 cups
INGREDIENTS
3 Tomatoes (Cut in half)
4 Garlic Cloves
¼ Cup Chopped Onions
¼ Cup Coriander
½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a pan, heat oil and add in the tomatoes. Add in the garlic cloves.
Cover with a lid, roast the tomatoes and garlic for 5-7 minutes, until they get a nice char on both sides.
Once done remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Mash this mix properly with a masher.
Add in the onions, coriander, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder and sugar.
Mix well and serve warm.
