In a pan heat oil, add in ginger green chili paste and onions. Cook for a minute
Add boiled rice and salt to taste. Mix well and set it aside.
In a pan heat oil, saute grated garlic, ginger green chili paste, jeera, hing, bay leaf, chopped onions, chopped tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
Add in the spinach puree, , garam masala and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
Add in the boiled rice, mix well and set aside.
