INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup Malai Kofta Red Gravy
- ½ Cup Malai Kofta White Gravy
- ½ Cup Spinach Green Gravy
- 6 Paneer Koftas
METHOD
- In a flat plate, assemble the gravies in the form of our Tricolor flag.
- Red Gravy first, followed by the white gravy and finish by adding the green gravy.
- Top it up with koftas and serve hot.
