TRICOLOUR SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Brown Bread Slices
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- ½ tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ Cup Grated Carrot
- A pinch of mustard sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ Cup Crumpled Paneer
- ¼ tsp ginger green chilli paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ Cup Chopped Spinach
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Butter for lining the bread

METHOD
- In a pan, heat oil and saute 1 tbsp onions with oregano.
- Add in the grated carrots, salt, pepper and mix well until carrot turns soft. Add a pinch of mustard sauce
- Let the filling cool down.
- In a pan, heat oil and saute 1 tbsp onions with oregano and ginger green chilly paste.
- Add in the crumbled paneer, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Let the filling cool down.
- In a pan, heat oil and saute 1 tbsp onions with oregano and garam masala.
- Add in the chopped spinach, salt and pepper, sauté until spinach cooks well and the water evaporates.
- Let the filling cool down.
- Spread butter on the bread slices.
- Apply the spinach filling first on one slice of bread.
- Followed by the paneer filling, and then the carrot filling.
- Top it up with a cut slice of bread.
- Serve it as it is or you can grill it.
