INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup chopped turiya (Ridge Gourd) peeled and chopped
1 cup steamed and chopped Patra
1 tbsp oil
Hing to taste
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp Cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander
½ cup water
METHOD
In a pan heat oil and saute hing, mustard seeds and chopped turiya.
Add in salt and water. Cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add in red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix well.
Add in chopped patra and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Finish by adding coriander and serve hot.
