INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup chopped turiya (Ridge Gourd) peeled and chopped
- 1 cup steamed and chopped Patra
- 1 tbsp oil
- Hing to taste
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ cup water
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and saute hing, mustard seeds and chopped turiya.
- Add in salt and water. Cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add in red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix well.
- Add in chopped patra and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Finish by adding coriander and serve hot.
