Vada Pav Slider
Bringing a fusion twist to the humble Vada Pav with these mini sliders that pack a punch! Crisp and flavorful batata vadas, layered with a trio of chutneys—tangy garlic powder chutney, sweet tamarind, and spicy green—and topped off with a cheesy surprise.

INGREDIENTS
10 Small Batata Vadas
10 Mini Burger buns
4 Cheese Slices (Cut into 10 small rounds)
2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
2 tbsp Green Chutney
2 tbsp Garlic Powder Chutney
1 tbsp melted butter
METHOD
Cut the burger buns into half.
Apply tamarind chutney on one half of the buns.
Place a batata vada on top.
Apply green chutney on the other half of the bun.
Top with some powder chutney and cheese slice.
Assemble the buns together and add a toothpick to hold the sliders together.
Brush melted butter on the sliders and bake for 3-5 minutes at 180C.
Serve hot.
