Vada Pav Slider
Bringing a fusion twist to the humble Vada Pav with these mini sliders that pack a punch! Crisp and flavorful batata vadas, layered with a trio of chutneys—tangy garlic powder chutney, sweet tamarind, and spicy green—and topped off with a cheesy surprise.

INGREDIENTS
- 10 Small Batata Vadas
- 10 Mini Burger buns
- 4 Cheese Slices (Cut into 10 small rounds)
- 2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp Green Chutney
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder Chutney
- 1 tbsp melted butter
METHOD
- Cut the burger buns into half.
- Apply tamarind chutney on one half of the buns.
- Place a batata vada on top.
- Apply green chutney on the other half of the bun.
- Top with some powder chutney and cheese slice.
- Assemble the buns together and add a toothpick to hold the sliders together.
- Brush melted butter on the sliders and bake for 3-5 minutes at 180C.
- Serve hot.
