Vada Pav Slider Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Small Batata Vadas
  • 10 Mini Burger buns
  • 4 Cheese Slices (Cut into 10 small rounds)
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp Green Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder Chutney
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

METHOD

  1. Cut the burger buns into half.
  2. Apply tamarind chutney on one half of the buns.
  3. Place a batata vada on top.
  4. Apply green chutney on the other half of the bun.
  5. Top with some powder chutney and cheese slice.
  6. Assemble the buns together and add a toothpick to hold the sliders together.
  7. Brush melted butter on the sliders and bake for 3-5 minutes at 180C.
  8. Serve hot.
