My favourite from childhood. My version of the all time classic. Everyone’s favourite and a very quick recipe that can be made in a jiff! An Indian gravy with vegetables with a sweet and tangy taste. this recipe is very healthy too, a must try for sure!
Try and let us know how it comes out. You can add any veggies of your choice and enjoy with Naan, Roti or Chapati! I like to have it with a Chapati.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups mixed boiled vegetables (sliced French beans, green peas, cubed potatoes, sliced carrots)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup sliced onions
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp cream
- I tbsp cornflour
For the sauce
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- In a vessel heat the oil, add the onions, garam masala, and saute for 30 seconds
- Add the vegetables and saute for half a minute.
- Add the sauce, salt, and chilli powder to taste and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot. Naan and rice will make a good accompaniment.
