My favourite from childhood. My version of the all time classic. Everyone’s favourite and a very quick recipe that can be made in a jiff! An Indian gravy with vegetables with a sweet and tangy taste. this recipe is very healthy too, a must try for sure!
Try and let us know how it comes out. You can add any veggies of your choice and enjoy with Naan, Roti or Chapati! I like to have it with a Chapati.

INGREDIENTS

    • 3 cups mixed boiled vegetables (sliced French beans, green peas, cubed potatoes, sliced carrots)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ cup sliced onions
    • ½ tsp Garam masala
    • Salt to taste
    • Chilli powder to taste

    For the sauce

    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp cream
    • I tbsp cornflour

METHOD

    For the sauce

    1. Mix all the ingredients together.

    How to proceed

    1. In a vessel heat the oil, add the onions, garam masala, and saute for 30 seconds
    2. Add the vegetables and saute for half a minute.
    3. Add the sauce, salt, and chilli powder to taste and cook for a minute.
    4. Serve hot. Naan and rice will make a good accompaniment.
