INGREDIENTS
½ cup tomato puree
½ cup cut and par boiled baby corn
½ cup sliced boiled carrots
½ cup sliced boiled French beans
½ cup par boiled cauliflower florets
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp jeera
¼ tsp hing
½ cup sliced onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp kasturi methi
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ cup water
Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera, hing, ginger green chilli paste and garlic paste.
Add in sliced onions and salt to taste. Cook for a minute.
Toss in boiled vegetables and cook for 30 seconds.
Add in tomato puree, water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasturi methi and mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes, finish by adding coriander leaves and serve hot.
