INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup tomato puree
- ½ cup cut and par boiled baby corn
- ½ cup sliced boiled carrots
- ½ cup sliced boiled French beans
- ½ cup par boiled cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp jeera
- ¼ tsp hing
- ½ cup sliced onion
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- ½ tsp kasturi methi
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup water
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera, hing, ginger green chilli paste and garlic paste.
- Add in sliced onions and salt to taste. Cook for a minute.
- Toss in boiled vegetables and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add in tomato puree, water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasturi methi and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes, finish by adding coriander leaves and serve hot.
