INGREDIENTS
¾ Cup Homemade Malai
7-8 ice cubes
½ Cup Chilled water
METHOD
For the malai
Boil full fat milk on a medium flame. Once boiled allow the milk to cool, after sometime the malai will be formed.
Remove this malai from the milk and add to an airtight container.
Boil milk and collect malai everyday for almost a week until you get ¾ cups.
How to proceed
In a bowl add in malai and ice cubes, with a high power hand blender blend this mixture for 15 minutes or until the butter is formed.
Once done add in chilled water and with your hands remove the butter and squeeze out the excess milk.
Transfer this butter ball to a bowl and enjoy.
Refrigerate and use at your convenience
